Upcoming Changes to Customer Care Phone Support Prompts

Update Your Authorized Support Contacts Now

On July 7th, we will be modifying the prompts on our phone support tree to provide quicker, more targeted support to our customers. In order to route calls most efficiently, you will be asked to provide your Contact ID (see above). If you are calling about an existing open case, you will be prompted to provide that case number before being connected to a Customer Care team member.

If you are the Support Contact Manager (SCM), please take a moment to review the contacts at your firm who are authorized to engage customer support, to ensure that everyone who is eligible to open a case has been granted access to the Customer Care Connect website. To confirm your authorized contacts, go to My Account > Contact Management and your contacts should have Yes under Authorized Support Contact column.
