Because of Microsoft’s de-support of Windows XP in April 2014, Deltek can no longer support the Windows XP client operating system beginning with Vision 7.3 and extending to future releases.

The following client operating systems will be supported for Vision 7.4:

• Windows 8 or 8.1
• Windows 7
• Windows Vista

With Deltek Touch CRM for Vision, Deltek Vision CRM customers now have access to critical information they need—anytime, anywhere! Available at no charge for Vision CRM customers who are current on maintenance, Deltek Touch CRM allows you to:

• See user defined fields in contacts, client and opportunities
• Make a phone call or send an email with the touch of a button

To gain access to the Touch Server, simply download it under Vision via Deltek Software Manager through Customer Care Connect. Once the Touch Server is available on your instance of Vision, go to the Apple Store or Google Play store to download the Touch CRM app.

• Be mobile. No more waiting to enter time or track expenses—or worse, forgetting details. Wherever your mobile device is, Touch Time & Expense follows.
• Keep the receipt. Never lose an expense receipt again. Simply take a picture of the receipt, attach it to your expense detail and upload it directly into Vision.
• Easily install and deploy for iOS, Android or Windows mobile devices. Install directly from the Apple App, Google Play or Windows App store. Organization’s instance of Vision must be accessible via the Internet and Touch Server must be installed.

NOTE: To stay on the latest touch releases, your instance of Vision must be Vision 7 SP1 or Vision 7.2. Both Touch Time 1.4 and Touch CRM 1.4 will require, at the minimum, Vision 7 SP1.

This latest release of Deltek’s Vision Navigator - boasts deeper integration with Kona Business - the project collaboration tool that equips people to connect, organize, discuss and get things done around their projects. We’ve added the ability to print timesheets, and new project dashparts gives a PM a quick visual of the overall status of their project.

• View projects and plans at cost amounts: Now you can monitor and plan your projects at cost and/or at billing based on the way your company runs the business.
