Preparing Your Deltek Vision System for 2013 Year End

Deltek Vision Year-EndAt calendar year-end, there are a number of important procedures and updates to perform in Deltek Vision, in order to successfully wrap up your final accounting processes for the year. These steps also prepare your Deltek system for the new accounting year.

 Generally speaking, Year-End Updates for your Deltek system include:

  • Optimizations for year-end Payroll and Accounts Payable
  • State and Federal tax rate and withholding changes for new-year Payroll
  • Annual 1099 and W-2 form changes
  • Procedures and controls for a fiscal year-end close.


In support of our hosted customers' year-end activities, on Tuesday, January 1, 2014, Full Sail Partners will update our Vision application platform with Deltek's 2013 Year-End Regulatory Update. This update will be performed for ALL Full Sail Partners customers during our regular maintenance window, 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM EST.
