Professional History 

Jake Seal is a Knowledge Management Technician at Full Sail Partners. As an intern, he focused on building and organizing a SharePoint-based internal knowledge hub to improve access to training materials and critical documentation for consultants. His work emphasized structure, usability, and long-term scalability to support efficient knowledge sharing across the firm.  

Now in his role as Knowledge Management Technician, Jake continues to develop and maintain the internal knowledge platform he originally created. His role elevates how knowledge is built, protected, and leveraged across the organization by moving beyond traditional document-based storage and toward a centralized ecosystem supported by Microsoft technologies and AI-assisted tools. 

Jake is a recent graduate of California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing.
