Professional History 

Katie brings nearly 15 years of marketing experience to Full Sail Partners, including eight years working within architecture, engineering, and construction firms. As Marketing Manager, she leads the firm’s marketing strategy and execution, supporting business development, visibility, and long-term growth. Her background within AEC firms provides first-hand insight into client experiences and informs a practical, client-focused approach. 

Katie has led integrated marketing and content programs across digital, social, and traditional channels, overseeing editorial strategy, campaigns, and execution. She partners closely with subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into clear, effective messaging, collaborates with diverse stakeholders to drive results, and brings strong operational discipline to managing contributors and external partners—keeping initiatives moving forward efficiently. 

She holds a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in magazine editing from the University of Missouri and earned her CPSM certification in 2022. Katie is actively involved with the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), currently serving as President-Elect of SMPS North Texas and slated to serve as Chapter President in 2027. She also serves on the SMPS SRC Programming Committee and has participated in the SMPS North Texas Mentor/Protégé Program for three years, supporting professional development within the AEC marketing community.
