With regards to the second tool, KPIs, we here at Full Sail Partners conducted a survey initially intended to learn how respondents
used KPIs as a measurement for growth and what the commonality of language was to chart growth as their firms destination. According to our survey, growth is indeed the number one company goal; however, the definition of what indicated “growth” differed.
