Full Sail Partners Welcomes Bryce Crosby to the Sales Team as Product Sales Manager

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is thrilled to announce that Bryce Crosby has joined the Sales team as Product Sales Manager. In this role, he will oversee all Full Sail Partners’ product sales, including Deltek Vantagepoint and Deltek Talent. This position will manage the overall Deltek partner sales relationship and oversee targeted new business efforts.  

Bryce joins Full Sail Partners with more than five years of experience selling ERP and finance-related software applications to project-based firms. This expertise includes Deltek Ajera, Deltek Vision, and Deltek Vantagepoint. This specific past experience with Deltek products provides him with an understanding of the architectural, engineering, and professional services industry. Furthermore, Bryce's experience with lead generation, client nurturing, and selling, coupled with his educational background in marketing, gives him a unique perspective to lead the sales team. He is a great asset to assist clients with new product offerings and is specifically suited for this new position to grow the sales team.

Bryce will also confer with the Blackbox Connector sales team looking to find the best fit for each prospective client’s needs when it comes to integrating third-party software into Deltek Vantagepoint.

Erin Haver Joins Outsourced Accounting Team at Full Sail Partners

Erin’s extensive experience in both client and account services with professional services firms makes her a great addition to the Outsourced Accounting team

Due to increased demand, the Outsourced Accounting team has added Erin Haver as Staff Outsourced Accountant. In this role, she will assist clients who need outside resources to keep up with bookkeeping and financial reporting for their project-based firms. With this new addition, Full Sail Partners now has the capacity to service even more clients who are in need of accounting support. 

“I am so very happy to have Erin on board with us,” noted Wendy Gustafson, General Manager. “Her accounting knowledge and great attitude will allow us to assist more clients with their outsourced accounting.” 

Erin comes to Full Sail Partners with over fifteen years of experience in professional services. In her previous roles, she focused on both client and account services. Over her tenure in account services with professional services firms, she has managed accounts receivable including processing and recording of payments as well as handling banking procedures and reconciliation of ledgers. Additionally, Erin has been involved with the customization of daily and month-end reports. 

With her belief in excellent customer service and desire to learn, Erin will be an amazing asset to the Outsourced Accounting team. Erin foremost understands the importance of actively listening to the specific needs of each client with solution options in mind. She also excels at providing one-on-one support to clients and believes strongly that communication is vital for superior client service. Her new position will ensure that Full Sail Partners continues to provide the best available outsourced accounting services.

Jenny Labranche Joins Full Sail Partners as Senior Finance Consultant

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is excited to announce that Jenny Labranche is now a part of the Consulting Team serving as a Senior Finance Consultant. As Senior Finance Consultant, Jenny will be focusing on the core finance functions of Deltek Vantagepoint and Vision. Her addition to the team will further expand the consulting service capabilities of Full Sail Partners.  

With considerable knowledge of finance and financial reporting, she is primed to assist clients streamline processes and improve efficiencies. On the Consulting Team, Jenny will work directly with clients to assess their financial processes and determine if their Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision system is configured effectively to meet their firms’ overall needs.

She progressed over a ten-year period from a Senior Accounting Specialist to Accounting Manager to Controller. Additionally, she holds an MBA from Arizona State University in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University – Sacramento.

Michael Dunlevy Joins the Blackbox Connector Team at Full Sail Partners as a Technical Support Analyst

With the ever-increasing interest in Blackbox Connector solutions, Michael will be another technical resource for client support.

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Dunlevy to the Blackbox Connector team. Michael has come on board as a Technical Support Analyst, and in this role, he will work directly with clients on the set-up of the Blackbox Connector software. Additionally, Michael will train with the Information Technology team to provide technical support on the Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint platforms and assist with custom solutions.

The Blackbox Connector team connects Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint quickly with ready-to-deploy business solutions. Blackbox Connector offerings include ADP Workforce Now, Client Feedback Tool, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, SAP Concur, Entrinsik Informer, and Open Asset. With a continued increase in demand for Blackbox Connectors, Full Sail Partners sought another technical team member to provide clients with a personal point of contact to troubleshoot any issues relating to their Blackbox Connector purchase.

Full Sail Partners Welcomes Lisa Ahearn to the Consulting Team as Senior Consultant

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is happy to welcome Lisa Ahearn to the Consulting Team as a Senior Consultant. As Senior Consultant, Lisa will be helping project-based firms upgrade from Deltek Vision to Vantagepoint in addition to doing new Vantagepoint implementations. She will also be training with Scott Gailhouse, Consulting Team Manager, to become a multi-company expert.

“I am looking forward to working with the Full Sail Partners’ Consulting Team and using my vast experience with Deltek Vision to help clients transition to Deltek Vantagepoint,” stated Lisa Ahearn. “There is so much new and exciting with Vantagepoint, and I cannot wait to immerse myself in it.”  

With a degree in Accounting, Lisa served as an Accountant, Controller and ERP System Administrator while working at an engineering firm for over 20 years. In addition to her accounting functions, she was responsible for the successful implementation of Vision and developed a comprehensive user guide plus led multiple training sessions with staff. Later on in her tenure, as Controller and ERP System Administrator, she not only worked with multi-company but was responsible for overseeing the ERP system including reporting and workflows.    

Having been very active in the Wisconsin Deltek User Group, she has developed relationships with other Deltek users. Moreover, Lisa has been a speaker at the Deltek Insight Conference, now known as ProjectCon, several times with her focus being on teaching about workflows. She is quite knowledgeable of Deltek ERP and will be a huge asset to the Consulting Team as more and more Deltek project-based clients transition from Vision to Vantagepoint.

The Full Sail Partners’ Development Team Welcomes Sparsha Muppidi as Senior SQL Developer

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner and creator of the Blackbox Connector, is excited to announce that Sparsha Muppidi has joined the Development Team as a Senior SQL Developer. She will be responsible for translating and relating business processes and concepts into data on the back end, as well as supporting efforts in architecting and developing a client’s unique requirements by programming stored procedures, migrating data from one database to another, and working with Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint. Additionally, Sparsha will be assisting on Informer initiatives. 

“We are always on the lookout for great talent, and Sparsha came to us with the perfect combination of skills and knowledge,” noted Peter Nuffer, Full Sail Partners’ Director of Solution Development. “Based on her experience with and understanding of Deltek ERP systems, SQL and business intelligence, she is already equipped to help the Development Team more efficiently handle client needs at the outset.” 

Sparsha has a strong background in SQL Scripts and stored procedures, data migrations, business intelligence (BI) and SSRS reports. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science Engineering and a Master of Science in Information Technology. With Sparsha onboard, the capabilities of the Development Team are further strengthened with even more opportunities for the team to help clients accomplish their database, process, and system improvement initiatives.

Deltek, the leading global provider of software and solutions for project-based businesses, recently announced the winners of its annual Global Partner of the Year Awards. Full Sail Partners Expands Marketing Capabilities With New Marketing Assistant, Evan Creech-Pritchett

Full Sail Partners, a leading Deltek Premier Partner with expertise in technology consulting, business solutions, and application hosting for both Vision and Vantagepoint has announced Evan Creech-Pritchett as its new marketing assistant. This position was created to help the Full Sail Partners’ marketing team create and promote educational and promotional marketing communications for both its services and Deltek products across the professional services industry. 

 

Evan will work with the marketing, sales, consulting, and account management teams to create marketing communications. Using social media outlets, he will be engaging with current clients to clarify and discuss these promotional marketing communications. His role will also focus on increasing awareness of Deltek Vantagepoint solutions with new prospects, increasing awareness of features and products, and improving client satisfaction.

Having been an Account Manager for Full Sail Partners for over eight years, Gina has served as an advocate for the Full Sail Partners’ client experience acting as a link between clients, the firm, and Deltek resources, sales, and consulting. With her outstanding dedication to her account management role coupled with her years of experience, this promotion to Senior Account Manager is the next logical step in her career. Gina’s promotion also exemplifies what any of our Account Managers, both new and future, should aspire to as they grow in their account management roles with Full Sail Partners.
