Full Sail Partners Hires Kim Stamps to Help Elevate Client Relationships

Full Sail Partners is pleased to announce that Kim Stamps has joined the business development team as Business Development Representative.

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner and creator of the Blackbox Connector, is excited to introduce Kim Stamps as a business development representative. As our firm continuously strives to provide excellent client service, this new role was created specifically with clients in mind. To increase our firm’s ability to personally connect with our clients and work to encourage ongoing partnerships, there was a need for a business development representative to join the team.

A nurturer by nature, Kim brings more than fifteen years of experience working in the education field including special education. Additionally, she has over ten years of experience in consulting and selling consumer products. With her penchant for listening to and understanding needs, she will be a great asset in connecting with clients to discover how Full Sail Partners can assist with improving their business processes and strategies.

“I am so excited to begin this journey with Full Sail Partners helping clients leverage technology to grow their businesses,” noted Kim Stamps. “In my short time here, I have experienced a team that is very dedicated to its clients. I look forward to being an extension of the account management team.”

As a business development representative, Kim will work with Cate Phillips, relationship manager, as well as support our account management team, to reach out to our clients to determine how we can best serve them to meet their current and long-term needs. Kim will help promote awareness of the plethora of resources available. Overall, her main focus will be to help elevate our client relationships to the next level and help them to understand the value of investing in their Deltek software.

Amy Balassone Promoted to Account Manager with Full Sail Partners

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Balassone to account manager. Amy joins the sales team to provide account services for Full Sail Partners’ clients throughout the United States. In this position, she works as a liaison between Full Sail Partners and clients to help identify ways to gain more value from their products.

Formerly working exclusively in both marketing and sales, Amy has been with Full Sail Partners for six years. During her tenure, she worked with lead generation, marketing, and our Blackbox Connector sales teams. Through her various positions, Amy has gained an in-depth knowledge of how both the Deltek and Full Sail Partners’ products can help to improve business processes and efficiencies. Now as an account manager, she expands on her role in onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients through cloud conversions and add-on modules and services.

“All of my past experiences with Full Sail Partners have really set me up for success in this new role as an account manager,” stated Amy Balassone. “I am excited to continue to provide client services with a personal touch.”

Carolyn McKnight Joins the Deltek CRM Consulting Team at Full Sail Partners

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Platinum Partner and creator of the Blackbox Connector, has announced the hiring of Carolyn McKnight as a senior consultant. In this role, Carolyn will be a leading member of the Deltek CRM Consulting Team at Full Sail Partners and contributing her expertise to Blackbox Connector team. Her wealth of knowledge will help Full Sail Partners’ clients leverage their Deltek CRM system to maximize the value of their investment.

Carolyn brings more than 15 years of experience in the A&E industry specifically using Deltek Vision and most recently Vantagepoint. During her career, she has served in several roles from a firm CRM knowledge manager to senior business analyst, and she served as a Deltek User Group leader in Nashville, TN. Carolyn has experience with creating workflows, using SQL and importing data in Vantagepoint and Vision. Additionally, she has used and is knowledgeable about OpenAsset, the Client Feedback Tool and business intelligence tools.

As a longtime user of Deltek products, I have direct hands-on expertise to help clients take advantage of all the features and capabilities available in the CRM module,” explains Carolyn. “Joining Full Sail Partners will allow me to share my insights and knowledge to allow firms to improve and streamline their CRM processes.”

As a senior consultant, Carolyn will work with clients to understand their business development processes and strategy to ensure their Deltek CRM system is configured to meet the needs of the firm. She will also assist in the Deltek CRM implementations and Blackbox Connector products integrations. Carolyn’s knowledge of the A&E industry and how Deltek CRM supports firm efforts in winning more business makes her a great resource for Full Sail Partners and their clients.

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner and creator of the Blackbox Connector, continues to grow with the addition of Cate Phillips as a Relationship Manager. In this newly created role, Cate will assist clients with identifying Deltek software solutions, specifically modules available in Vantagepoint, that will benefit their firm along with providing product demonstrations. Cate’s background and strong ability to understand client needs will allow her to ensure clients are making the right investment for their firm.

Cate has been using Deltek products for more than six years and understands the unique requirements of professional services firms. Additionally, Cate has been an entrepreneur for most of her professional life owning a variety of businesses that focused primarily on marketing and communications. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Full Sail Partners Announces Key Employee Promotions to Support Future Growth

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner and creator of the Blackbox Connector, has announced the promotion of six consultants across the firm that support various client needs. These promotions are instrumental to support the future growth of Full Sail Partners as the firm adds new talent to the consulting team. With these promotions, Full Sail Partners will be able to showcase the experience and depth of knowledge of each consultant.

“Full Sail Partners has continuously grown over the past decade adding to our consulting team each year,” stated Scott Seal, VP of Consulting. “Along with the firm’s growth, many of our consultants have been developing and honing their skills over the years as well. As such, these promotions and titles represent each consultant’s level of expertise and allow us to bring up a new generation of consultants.”

Rana Blair, Tim Burns, Rick Childs, Heath Harris, and Nicole Temple have been promoted to Principal Consultants. To earn this distinction, each person has demonstrated an authoritative knowledge and understanding of their area of expertise for a minimum of 15 years. Principal Consultants at Full Sail Partners are expected to leverage their in-depth knowledge to guide clients on how to accelerate the business value on their Deltek software investment.

Theresa DePew and Amanda Roussel have been promoted to Senior Consultants. The Senior Consultant role requires a person to have at least five years of relevant experience in the professional services industry using Deltek products. In this role, Senior Consultants provide guidance to clients on improving business processes using Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint software as well assist in new software implementations.

Full Sail Partners Hires Charlene Kerr as a Senior Consultant

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is delighted to announce the addition of Charlene Kerr to the consulting team as a senior consultant. Charlene will be tasked with assisting clients with improving financial processes and data migrations. Her extensive knowledge of Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint amongst other various ERP systems, and the unique accounting needs of the architecture and engineering (AE) industry gives her the insights required to assist clients seeking to improve upon their financial processes.

Charlene comes to Full Sail Partners with over a decade of finance and Deltek Vision consulting experience. Additionally, she spent several years in various roles at AE firms such as systems analyst and accounting/financial systems manager. During her professional career journey, Charlene also has learned SQL and SSRS for ad hoc reporting as well as creating integration packages for data migrations.

“Full Sail Partners is a great firm with a diverse team of professional services industry experts,” Charlene stated. “I am excited about the opportunity to work with their clients to improve financial processes and to provide guidance that can simplify otherwise complicated data migrations.”

In the role of senior consultant, Charlene will focus on aligning client’s Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint systems with their accounting processes to improve efficiencies. Furthermore, she will work closely with clients to preparing and extracting data from various systems for migration and reporting requirements. Throughout her career, Charlene has focused on being a data and finance expert in the AE industry and will apply this knowledge to assist clients with improving their financial processes.

Terri Agnew Joins Full Sail Partners as a Senior Consultant

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is pleased to announce the addition of Terri Agnew, CPA to the consulting team as a senior consultant. Terri will focus on the core finance functions of Deltek Vantagepoint and Vision which will further expand the consulting service capabilities of Full Sail Partners. Her in depth knowledge about the financial workings of professional services firms will allow her to help clients improve processes and efficiencies.

Terri has been working with Deltek Vision for 15 years with both engineering and architecture (AE) firms. During her tenure, she has served in various roles from senior manager of financial systems, Deltek consultant, to controller at two AE firms. Additionally, she is a certified public accountant and has earned certifications from Deltek as a Vision Certified Accountant and Vision Master Certified Professional.    

“I am excited to be part of the Full Sail Partners team and have the ability to collaborate with and learn from a great group of professionals,” stated Terri. “They have a vast array of industry and consulting experience, and a primary goal to find the best solutions for our clients.”

VAR 100 2021Full Sail Partners has once again been ranked on the VAR 100 list by Accounting Today as one of the leading value-added software resellers in the accounting industry. Each year, Accounting Today selects 100 VARs to acknowledge their accomplishments in the accounting software industry. The top VARs are chosen from firms focused on sales and implementation of accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Accounting Today uses criteria such as revenue, number of offices and staff size to generate the list of top VARs. Being distinguished as a top 100 VAR indicates that Accounting Today is overwhelmingly confident with the firm’s services and knowledge of business accounting principles and the software required to support operations.

According to Accounting Today, VARs on the 2021 list indicated that much like last year, the necessity of the cloud continued to drive more business. Furthermore, this demand generated the need to hire more staff to keep up with the demand of cloud implementations. Full Sail Partners Promotes Lindsay Diven, CPSM, to New Role as Blackbox Connector Marketing & Sales Manager

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is pleased to announce the promotion of Lindsay Diven, CPSM, from Senior Deltek CRM Consultant to Blackbox Connector Marketing & Sales Manager. In this new position, she will be managing the marketing and sales efforts for the Blackbox Connectors, which integrates Deltek Vantagepoint and Vision to outside applications including Client Feedback Tool, Concur, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Informer, Mailchimp and other future offerings.

Lindsay has worked for more than fifteen years at architecture and engineering firms, many of which have used Deltek products, building sales and marketing strategies. In her role as a Deltek CRM Consultant for Full Sail Partners, her industry experience allowed her to bring perspective to clients in how to set up their CRM systems to support these strategies. Additionally, in her Deltek CRM Consultant role, she led both the sales and implementations of the Mailchimp and Constant Contact Connectors. Here Lindsay saw the benefits firsthand that clients experienced using these marketing connectors to support their marketing and business development strategies.

“My A&E industry experience enabled me as a consultant to help clients set up their Deltek CRM systems to support their firms’ marketing and business development strategies. She will also be working closely with clients and the Full Sail Partners’ team to research Blackbox Connectors that would provide even more solutions for clients. Lindsay continues to stay abreast of trends in the A&E and consulting industries by actively working with organizations like the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and the Deltek User Groups.
