Valerie Kelleher Joins Full Sail Partners to Strengthen Client Services

Valerie Kelleher.pngFull Sail Partners, a Deltek Platinum Partner, is pleased to announce the addition of Valerie Kelleher to the client services team. Valerie has joined the firm as the south central account manager and will provide account services for Full Sail Partners’ clients in the southwest United States. In this position, she will work as a liaison between Full Sail Partners and clients, helping to build an open and collaborative community.

Valerie joins Full Sail Partners with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. Additionally, she has served as a contract administrator in the architectural and engineering industry.

“I enjoy working with people, and in this role, I will have the opportunity to interact with Full Sail Partners’ clients on a regular basis,” Valerie said. “The culture and strong belief in the success of our clients makes me proud to be a member of the Full Sail Partners’ team.”

The Full Sail Partners’ Account Management Program is designed to serve the needs of our Deltek client base and promote greater engagement. In this role, Valerie will serve as an additional resource to address client questions and will be a dedicated point of contact for the clients in her region.

Full Sail Partners Promotes Scott Gailhouse to Principal Consultant to Further Add Value to Client's Deltek Vision Solutions

Full Sail Partners, a Deltek and Client Feedback Premier Partner, is honored to announce that Scott Gailhouse has been promoted to Principal Consultant. Scott's extensive industry knowledge and proven consulting acumen will be an asset as professional services firms continue to seek ways to further leverage their investment in Deltek Vision.

As Principal Consultant, Scott will be responsible for process and service development including best practices and implementation protocols. He will also be responsible for overseeing the skill development of Full Sail Partners' consulting staff, the development of quality-driven implementation strategies, client management and implementation compliance.

"I am extremely excited about my new position and my continued growth within Full Sail Partners," said Scott Gailhouse. "I believe that this role will give me the opportunity to enhance our consulting practice and concentrate on how our firm can further add value to our client's knowledge of Deltek Vision. Ryan Felkel Joins Full Sail Partners to Expand Brand Awareness to Project Based Firms

Ryan Felkel 21Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is excited to announce the addition of Ryan Felkel as a Marketing and Communication Specialist. In this role, Ryan will join the marketing and business development team to identify new market verticals outside of the architectural and engineering industry. With the addition of Ryan, Full Sail Partners is prepared to expand their offering to a broader range of customers who may not have realized how our products can streamline their processes and increase their profitability.

Gina Stamper Joins Full Sail Partners to Strengthen Client Services

Gina Stamper 21Full Sail Partners, Deltek Premier Partner, is pleased to announce the addition of Gina Stamper to the client services team. Gina has joined the firm in the role of West Coast Account Manager and will provide account services for Full Sail Partners’ clients in the Mountain and Pacific regions. She will work as a liaison between Full Sail Partners and clients, helping to build an openly collaborative community.

Gina joins Full Sail Partners with 15 years of accounting and finance experience in the technology, mortgage and telecommunication industries where servicing client needs is essential to success. Gina previously spent five years as a senior account manager servicing Deltek Vision Clients.

“I’m very enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue working hand-in-hand with Deltek Vision account holders,” said Gina Stamper. “The professional services market is rapidly developing and so are the needs of our end users. I look forward to this opportunity to help customers as their companies evolve.”

Full Sail Partners’ Account Management Program is designed to serve the needs of the Deltek client base and promote greater engagement. This position will serve as an additional resource to address client questions and provide a dedicated resource for those on the West Coast. Full Sail Partners now provides account management services from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, extending its service availability an additional three hours.

Kevin Hebblethwaite Joins Full Sail Partners to Assist Professional Services Firms with Deltek Vision and Client Feedback Tool

Kevin Hebblethwaite 21Full Sail Partners, a Deltek Premier Partner, is pleased to announce that Kevin Hebblethwaite, FSMPS, CPSM, has joined Full Sail Partners in a full-time capacity as a Senior Consultant. Kevin is familiar with what it takes to help firms improve information sharing and develop reporting capabilities across departments. The recent expansion of the Full Sail Partners’ staff is a reflection of the firm’s dedication to providing clients with the most talented professionals the industry has to offer.

As a Senior Consultant, Kevin will continue to help firms leverage their investments in the Deltek Vision platform to track, manage, and monitor results for their marketing and business development initiatives; streamline the proposal process through automation; and improve their client relationships. He will lead and expand Full Sail Partners’ consulting services for the Client Feedback Tool, which helps professional services firms manage expectations and improve the overall client experience.

In this role, Peter will manage the build-out of next generation integrations that provide advanced functionality like the Client Feedback Tool integration with Deltek Vision, and work with Full Sail Partner’s client’s on initiatives that require development of reports, BI, workflows and integration with other platforms. With a proven record of developing innovative custom solutions, Peter has previously been employed with Full Sail Partners for five years, and spent the last two years focusing on software product management.

Each year a select group of 100 organizations are honored for their accomplishments as VARs. Within this role, Nicole will provide consulting and training to Deltek Vision users. Ms. Temple has a proven background supporting firms through system implementation and user training. With this most recent hire, Full Sail Partners continues to provide clients with the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry.
